It all started in 2007

when Gladys Schmidt opened a small bakery on the upper west side of New York City. Dedicated to quality, tradition, and really good cookies, Doughboy Bakery has gained renown as an inviting shop where anyone can be sure to find something to satisfy their sweet tooth.
